To correct the serial number, remove the zeroes and add 0001 to the end of the number. For systems purchased from Gateway's Professional Business add GTW to beginning of serial number. For systems purchased from Omni Tech Corporation prior to October 6, 2003 add OTC to beginning of serial number.
