MPC FTP File Library Background Information
Many of the files contained in this library make bootable diskettes.
When they are extracted, they must write to the File Allocation Table, or FAT, of the boot sector on the floppy disk(s) you use.
Some anti-viral software may erroneously interpret the binary pattern that is written to the boot sector of your floppy disk(s) as being the Stoned.Manitoba virus.
For your protection, MPC STRONGLY urges you to only use the latest available, full-featured retail versions of anti-viral software.
Customers who are experiencing problems extracting files to a floppy drive under Windows NT should use the FORCEDOS command.
Here is an example of that command:
forcedos X:\filename.exe A:\
(where X:\ is the drive you saved your downloaded driver to and filename.exe is the name of the downloaded file).
Every effort is made by our staff to keep these drivers as complete and up-to-date as possible.
If you don't find what you're looking for, especially if your hardware is several years old, you may also want to check the MPC FTP server: ftp://ftp.mpccorp.com.
Here you will find drivers for the MPC desktop, notebook, and server product lines.
You will also find drivers for the Zeos® and NetFRAME® legacy product lines.
NOTE: Access to these files is provided as a service to owners of MPC and Zeos International personal computers only.
MPC makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or suitability of any of these files.
If you have additional questions, please call MPC at 1-888-FIX-MYPC (1-888-349-6972).
