Hard Drive Diagnostics

It is important to download the correct diagnostic for your system. If you do not know the vendor of your hard drive, please go back to the Support main page and enter your system serial number. Hard drive vendor information will be included in the component list. NOTE: Some tests will erase data - BACK UP any information that must be saved BEFORE running any erase utilities.
