International dialing instructions for the Gateway Pro products
AT&T Direct Toll-Free Service is a two-step dialing process: The international caller first dials the AT&T Direct Access Code for the country from which s/he is calling. For most Access Codes, the caller reaches the following English automated announcement: "AT&T. Please dial the number you are calling now. (Pause) For Rates, Terms and Conditions, press zero now"

Next, enter the MPC U.S. toll-free number 877-485-1464. (Please note: do NOT dial "1" before dialing 877-485-1464.)

After you have successfuly dialed the AT&T Direct Access Code and the MPC U.S. toll-free number, your call will be routed as follows:
  • International Toll-Free
    AT&T Operator Services responds: "Thank you for using AT&T" and completes the call to MPC Computers Technical Support.

  • Caller-Paid
    All U.S. toll-free numbers can be accessed through the AT&T Direct platform on a "caller paid" basis. No special provisioning is required.
    If the number is not provisioned as international toll-free and the number is not blocked, you must provide payment information such as a calling card or credit card number. Once payment is verified, AT&T Operator Services responds: "Thank you for using AT&T" and completes the call to MPC Computers Technical Support. The caller is charged for the international call.
    Please note that calls to U.S. toll-free numbers can not be completed as collect or person-to-person.

  • Country Access Restricted
    If the country you are calling from is restricted from placing international calls into the U.S., AT&T Operator Services responds: "I'm sorry, calls to this toll-free number are not allowed from this country."

Please Note: AT&T Direct Toll-Free Service is not available from Canada. For toll-free service from Canada, AT&T customers can simply add Canadian originations via the domestic provisioning process to their U.S. toll-free numbers.
